Cheryl and Kirk Grantham
Casa Grandview is family owned and operated. The main house on the property is their private residence. Cheryl is your foremost liaison to everything Casa Grandview. Her aspiration is to ensure everything about your stay – down to the smallest detail – exceeds your highest expectations. Cheryl’s husband Kirk, a Real Estate and Estate Planning Attorney, is the epitome of southern hospitality. He will often be found giving city tours to help newcomers get their bearing or offering the occasional margarita. Their son Tyler, a full-time student at Palm Beach Community College, also lives in the main house. He is the on-site technical guru for Casa Grandview. Their daughter Heather, an open-heart/ICU nurse, lives in the neighborhood. She also owns Special Occasions, LLC, a catering business that specializes in smaller events such as intimate weddings and girls’ weekends.
The Granthams are on-hand to create the experience you yearn for; however, you will not find them idly roaming the property. Their manner of care can best be described as “invisibly available” - for whatever you may need!
