Our renovated 1924 Spanish Mission style, two bedroom, two bath bungalow epitomizes
our easy-going island lifestyle. Native landscaping, plenty of old Chicago brick,
and white picket fences welcome you to the storybook entrance.
Vintage appeal is evident throughout and care was given during renovation to maintain
some of the bungalow's original integrity. Gleaming Dade County Pine floors showcase
new upscale furnishings and provide warmth and ambiance. Offering two seperate entrances,
Sundance (approx. 1,200 sq.ft.) is suitable for up to six guests. Both bedrooms
have four poster queen beds with seperate baths. The south sitting room features
a wet-bar and lending library and has a Natuzzi leather sectional (with a queensize
sleeper). Enjoy a leisurely meal in our eat-in kitchen or grill in the outside kitchen
and dine poolside. Relax in the sun filled sitting area off the south bedroom, or
enjoy reading or TV viewing off the north bedroom. Venture outside to the private
courtyard with seating for six.
Cottages are licensed resort dwellings and are inspected annually for safety by
the City of West Palm Beach, Palm Beach County and the State of Florida. Each cottage
has hard wired smoke detectors, emergency lighting and fire extinguishers.
