Native, tropical landscaping surrounds the cottage, which offers off-street parking. Standout backyard details include a courtyard of old bricks salvaged from Chicago, a pergola with seating for six, and a classic lagoon style pool.
New Key West style decor is smart and inviting and welcomes you with a sense of comfortable living and modern amenities. And, nothing says, "Don't touch me".
This beautifully restored cottage is bold and charming, yet comfortable and reminiscent of past time. Original features include: Dade County Pine floors, fireplace and claw foot tub and shower.
Cottages are licensed resort dwellings and are inspected annually for safety by the City of West Palm Beach, Palm Beach County and the State of Florida. Each cottage has hard wired smoke detectors, emergency lighting and fire extinguishers.
