Wonderful Inn- Wonderful People 01/20/12 "What a wonderful place to stay, it is like a slice of heaven right in West Palm Beach. Close to shopping and dining but also quiet. The Inn was beautiful, the food was great and Cheryl and Kurt were great, so accommodating and helpful. By the time we left I felt we made some new friends. Every single nook and cranny (and there are many of them throughout the property) is decorated exquisitely. Inspiring! 12/25/11. "Every time I have stayed at Casa Grandview, it has always been an extreme delight, the properties are charming, well maintained, location is unbeatable, you and your staff are first class and always made me feel welcome! For those reasons, it has inspired and directed me to someday purchase a piece of history in Punta Gorda. Well that someday has arrived, I will be closing on a 1935 Cottage with the original hardwood floors and Pottery Barn furnishings will be arriving shortly thereafter! Very exciting year for me! Your cozy cottages have inspired me since August 2009!

Charming Inn, Friendly Proprietors! 12/6/11 "My husband and I stayed here for a one-night anniversary getaway. We booked the Penthouse Suite which was well-appointed and very comfortable with a king-size bed and Jacuzzi tub. You can view photos of all the rooms and suites on their web site - yes, the photos are up-to-date and accurate! This place has all the amenities you could want: pools, hot tub, bath items, robes, coffee/tea, DVDs, area info, umbrellas, and lots more - even complimentary bicycles and beach items.
The owners, Cheryl and Kirk are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. When we arrived, Kirk gave us a tour and brief history of the property. He also pointed out the way to City Place and we did walk over there for cocktails and appetizers at Blue Martini. In the morning, Cheryl made us a delicious breakfast of fresh fruit, veggie omelets, sausage and a side of potatoes.
The entrance to the side street where the inn and cottages are located is tricky to find. We drove past it twice before we just parked the car and walked down the street looking for the address number. Once we found it, we were pleasantly surprised. The inn and cottages line a quiet side street and are surrounded by lush tropical gardens.
I would definitely recommend this place for a couple’s getaway at the inn or a family vacation in the cottages! So much nicer than staying at a generic hotel. Contact Casa Grandview directly and Cheryl will gladly assist you in selecting the accommodations which best suit your needs."
Paradise! 11/30/11 "There are several wooden signs around the Inn (poolside) that describe this place as Paradise and that it is. We stayed in the Penthouse Suite for 4 nights this year from Thanksgiving through to Sunday of 2011. We seriously did not want to leave. Every morning we were treated to a lavish breakfast. Throughout the facility there were snacks and beverages. We were as comfortable here as we are in our own home. Innkeepers Cheryl and Kirk were wonderful. They made us feel like family. I believe it is in their nature because every staff member was treated like family as well. I could never say enough good things about our stay and the accommodations. The Penthouse Suite was truly lush and we felt pampered. All the amenities were top notch. Did I mention that we were invited to Thanksgiving dinner and accepted the gracious invitation. It was one of the most memorable Thanksgiving dinners we ever had. We are seriously contemplating a return and are hopeful that it will be soon or maybe a new holiday tradition for Thanksgiving."
Room Tip: The main house was extremely serene and had a private entrance and private patio - steps to the pool. If you are looking for serenity, this is where you will find it.
The Best BnB Ever! 11/27/11 "Cheryl and Kirk made the place what it is! PERFECT! Their lovely hospitality and personal touch made this place incredible. The grounds are excellant and very tropical. The pool/jacuzzi and all were spectacular. the Sundance South Suite was perfect! The complimentary bikes were great too!
But, Don't miss the breakfasts! They are the best! Yummy! Room Tip: Many beautiful rooms!!! Enjoy - we hope to come back and try another suite next time!

Paradise in Palm Beach-Truly! 10/25/11
"Casa Grandview is not only beautiful to look at, it boasts spotlessly clean rooms and a pride of ownership like I’ve never seen; my bar has been raised! Water features and soothing music surround the lush tropical landscaping that boasts 2 pools and a secluded, quiet, but strategically placed setting. The home and grounds are magnificent. The bed was so comfortable I did not want to get up, and almost missed breakfast because of it. In fact, we checked out at exactly 11:00, when typically breakfast is ended. But Cheryl insisted on making us whatever we desired. Our 5 yr old grandson was so impressed (and very well behaved) and dined on amazing French toast with whipped cream and sausage (something his mother insists he’d never eat at home). My husband was treated to eggs, potatoes, sausage, and thick toast. I enjoyed fresh fruit and amazing pastry. I only had one night to bask in this opulent, yet breezy and comfy environment; and knew I would have to come back and enjoy a few days ‘for adults only’.
Cheryl gave us some suggestions for our evening with our grandson which included dinner at the Cheesecake Factory, a walk around CityPlace (a downtown destination) http://www.cityplace.com/ listening to music, and a movie at the Muvico. On Sunday we rode the trolley around CityPlace and visited Sloan’s ice cream parlor. After filling up on vanilla ice cream with gummy bears, he delighted in a romp through the play water fountains across the street in the park. For adults, there are many restaurants, shopping galore, and a fantastic beach a bicycle ride away (which btw, Casa Grandview provides to guests free of charge). We will be moving back up to MN next month, but will be returning to Palm Beach for our grandson’s birthday in March. I’m already booking our stay here, knowing I will be excited to see my grandson yes, but also to have a few days to really appreciate all Casa Grandview has to offer. But there’s more!

Magical B&B West Palm Beach! 10/17/11 Casa Grandview in WPB is a magical B&B. I have already stayed here twice since April, 2011. The first time I stayed in the Mezzanine Suite with my sister. I came home a raved about the place. This past week I stayed with my husband in the Penthouse Suite. I loved both rooms. The Inn is perfectly located; close to airport, downtown WPB and minutes from Palm Beach and Worth Ave. The rooms are beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Superior service. Breakfast comes with the best coffee you will have ever tasted! The grounds are elegant, quiet and inviting. The owners, Cheryl and Kirk have created a warm atmosphere, and are there to help make your stay fabulous. They are the ultimate hosts who pay attention to details and make you feel right at home. I have no doubt you will come away with the same warm feeling. I highly recommend Casa Grandview.
Room Tip: The rooms in the main house rooms are lovely. The cottages are decorated differently and have kitchens for self service. They are all very pretty. The new two bedroom cottage is really beautiful, you will want to own it!
A cozy home away from home" 09/11/11 “When I scheduled surgery for my daughter with Dr. Paley in West Palm Beach, I started my search for just the right accommodations for our lengthy stay in the area. It took about two weeks and many websited and phone calls, but in the end, my efforts paid off. I found hotel suites, but didn't want to be confined to a hotel property that had nothing much around. I found beach-front properties, but the price was way over what I wanted to pay. Then - Tada! - I found Casa Grandview!
Cheryl, the owner, was extremely helpful over the phone. After viewing the website (which is excellent) and conferencing with her, I made my choice of the property I wanted to rent. She was super considerate of what my daughter's needs would be post-surgery, and wanted to get us in the just the right property. I told her we wanted a "home away from home" and that is what we got. The del artista Cottage had that homey touch; it was cozy, relaxing, private and clean (like you'd want your home to be). The pool, which we didn't get to visit enough, was like its own little tropical oasis. An added bonus is that property is located near all the stuff you'd want to do in W. Palm Beach.
And, last but not least, the owners, Cheryl and Kirk Grantham, are just about the nicest people you'd ever want to stay with! Although our time in W. Palm was at times difficult, with the surgery and all, we knew that we had our "home away from home" retreat and that made all the difference in the world! We have to return to W. Palm for more surgery in the near future and plan to book our stay at Casa Grandview again. I wouldn't want to stay elsewhere.”

Awesome Weekend Getaway 09/18/11
"My husband and I wanted to find somewhere romantic and cozy to celebrate his birthday (09/16) and happened to stumble on this location. This was our first bread and breakfast experience and it was absolutely wonderful. As we drove into the entrance we immediately felt relaxed. The tree-lined roadway leading to the main house opened up to the suites and further down to the cottages. The hosts Cheryl and Kirk were wonderful and surprised us with a gift bag for my hubby's birthday.
The grounds were so serene. We ventured out to City Place Friday night which was just a couple miles away and took in some of the sights there including Off the Hookah where we danced the night away. We actually stopped for breakfast before checking out and couldn't believe the delicious food Cheryl prepared for us. This place is a welcome change to our normal hotel stays when we travel. I would highly recommend to all who are looking for a quiet, relaxing, cozy getaway. Thank you Cheryl and Kirk for a wonderful stay. Look forward to seeing you again."
A Little Piece of Heaven! 9/20/11 The angels must have been smiling when we made our reservation at Casa Grandview. It was no coincidence that we found this beautiful place on the net. When our initial plans to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary fell through at the last minute, we made the decision to stay at Casa Grandview.
The care and attention started before we left home with a phone call from the proprietor and hostess Cheryl. She was warm and gracious and after finding out I had a special need, she adjusted our accommodations for my comfort. We were greeted by smiles and great conversation. It felt like we were family.
The check in process was stress free. Cheryl's husband Kirk welcomed us and even gave us a personal tour of the city, orienting us to the points of interest. After we were settled. Kirk made sure we were happy with our accommodations.
We especially enjoyed the beautiful tropical foliage and landscaping that was designed to provide privacy. It felt like we were in an oasis. The two pools were nestled in the landscaping and were a favorite place for that much needed rest and relaxation. Our cottage was tastefully decorated. Cheryl certainly has a gift in this area. There was always something of interest to appreciate. The linens were of high quality and pressed! Everything was incredibly clean. The bikes and beach equipment were complimentary. This was certainly a complete package.
It was obvious that Cheryl and Kirk and associates put their heart and soul into making Casa Grandview a cut above the usual hotel experience. They have a deep understanding that the time people have to make memories deserves special attention. There is a lot to be said about how a place feels. We felt the welcome. Thanks to everyone at Casa Grandview for your TLC. We hope to come back soon. Julie and Steve from Ohio (September 2011).

A West Palm Oasis! 9/30/11 "We were welcomed by Cheryl and shown to our lovely accommodations. We stayed in the Mezzanine Suite, a perfect accommodation for any couple traveling with an older child. The furnishings at Casa Grandview are luxurious and the breakfast was fabulous. Kurt helped get us outfitted for a biking outing to the beach—a great way to see Palm Beach! In the afternoon we enjoyed a relaxing dip in Casa Grandview’s “salt pool”. On our day of departure, Kurt very kindly prepared us breakfast “smoothies” so that we were well-nourished in spite of our very early departure."
First Time--I'll be Back! 9/9/11 "Just spent my first time at Casa Grandview. Stayed in the Library Room. Perfect for a one-night business trip. House was so peaceful. Food was excellent. I enjoyed visiting with Cheryl and Kurt. I'll be back. Probably will bring my wife next time and stay longer."

The Casa Grandview Experience was Amazing! 8/13/11 "My stay at the Bed & Breakfast was wonderful - - - I had access to the entire compound of Casa Grandview. I loved my time there from enjoying my morning paper and breakfast on the veranda to a late afternoon swim at the beautifully done pool area. When I wanted to leave this oasis, I just walked to Cityplace or hopped on one of their bicycles and made my 20 minute ride to the beach - perfect! I was there for the Polo matches and it was a direct shot out to the Wellington Polo Grounds, and Kirk & Cheryl even helped us get tickets!!
I highly recommend the "Casa Grandview Experience" provided by the professional and caring Grantham family. I am looking forward to a return stay. "

"This place is an amazing gem! It is a group of cottages and apartments turned into charming and unique lodging. There are two small and lovely pools that are in intimate and lovely tropical glades, one with a hot tub. The hosts are charming and hospitable. The location is in a historic district of cottages, and very convenient. Use the bicycles for a pleasant trek over to Palm Beach or just lovely downtown West Palm. Great place!"
