Our Beautiful Pools
There are two custom swimming pools in the compound for guest use (heated on request for $125.00 additional per week). Use of heated jacuzzi may be heated to 105 degrees on request for $35.00 per use.
Both pools are completely fenced, private and separate from the cottages. Therefore, guests are not disturbed by pool use nor do they become territorial. Both pools are equipped with chaise lounges and pool floats. The south pool offers use of the gourmet gas grill and outside kitchen area with seating for six. Additionally, there is an outdoor bar with seating for four. The south pool with the jacuzzi also has a badu jet for resistance swimming. Both pool areas are lighted in the evening.
Outdoor Kitchen & Barbeque
Barbeque can be used between the hours of 11 AM and 8 PM.
Barbeques, outside kitchen and accessories must be cleaned after each use with provided tools:

Scrape grill to remove any burnt food product.
- Wipe down any spills or drippings (grease, condiments, etc.)
- Spatula and tools cleaned and placed back in tool drawer of your individual cottage.
- Cover placed back on barbeque once it has cooled off.
Airport Transportation
Clients may obtain rental cars at the airport, taxi, or pre-arrange airport transfer through us (9:00 AM-7:00 PM). The Tri-Rail is also available with buses & taxes from the airport.
Safety
Your safety is important to us. Casa Grandview is a group of luxury homes & suites situated in a private alley in Grandview Heights, one of Downtown West Palm Beach’s premier historic neighborhoods. This esteemed neighborhood along with our effectively illuminated property and off-street parking assure security. Keyless entry with a personal code you choose ensures you're never worried about lost keys.
Our residences are licensed resort dwellings and are inspected annually for safety by the City of West Palm Beach, Palm Beach County and the State of Florida. Each cottage has hard wired smoke detectors, emergency lighting and fire extinguishers. A $20.00 per person additional fee applies for additional person, per suite or residence.
