Reservation, Payment & Cancellation Policy
Reservations are guaranteed with valid credit card details and a deposit of 50%. Full payment is due upon arrival. No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations within 48 hours of making reservations. If you must cancel after the 48 hour release period, but at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival, up to 100% of the total stay will be charged to your credit card. At the owner's discretion, a partial refund may be issued if the same days are re-sold. Also, at the owner’s discretion, a cancellation fee may be applied to a future stay in a Casa Grandview resort dwelling.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is between 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Late check-in is available until 11:00 PM with advance notice. Check out is at 11:00 AM. We are more than happy to look after luggage if needed.
