Cleaning Fees: Cleaning fees are included in rates for double occupany only. Additional adults
per unit are charged a

Check-in: Please arrive between 3:00-6:00 p.m. Late check-in available with prior owner approval. Please call us if you are going to be delayed, so we do not worry about you and can plan accordingly.
Check-out: Please depart prior to 11:00 a.m. A late check-out may be possible with prior owner approval. If check-out occurs after noon, a fee of $40.00 will be accessed up to 3:00 p.m. After 3:00 p.m. a full nightly rate. We are more than happy to look after luggage, if needed.
Deposits: Reservations are guaranteed with a 50% credit card deposit. Balance is due upon arrival. We accept all major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy: No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations within 48 hours of making reservations. If you must cancel after the 48 hour release period, but at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival up to 100% of the total stay will be charged to your credit card. At the owner's discretion, a partial refund may be issued if the same days are re-sold. At the owner's discretion, a cancellation fee may be applied to a future stay in a Casa Grandview resort dwelling.
Additional Guests: All rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $25.00 per night charge for each additional guest 18 and over. Maximum occupancy shall not be exceeded.
Children: Well-behaved children are welcome. No additional fee per day for children 17 and under. Maximum occupancy shall not be exceeded.

Pets: Not all accommodations are pet friendly-please inquire. Fees: $125 non-refundable pet sanitation fee, plus $25.00 per day. Click here for more pet policies.
Smoking: There is no smoking allowed inside the accommodations. Please use designated areas and be courteous of other guests.
