We've catered to restaurant owners, and a couple Food Network chefs who have been pleased with the effort we make, even catering to a few fertility plan diets with veggie and protein drinks. Some guests are highly sensitive to additives and preservatives with more severe reactions such as anaphylaxis. They feel comfortable with our kitchen and staff, knowing we serve organic selections, with fresh ingredients,” comments Cheryl.
Cheryl says, “Vegans can order oatmeal or an assorted mix of veggies lightly sautéed in coconut or avocado oil. We also stock Lactaid, Almond, Soy, and Low Fat Milk, and assortment of cheeses, both dairy, and soy. Breads include Gluten-Free, whole grain, and fresh bakery.”
